R10464 - Used Rotex 42 Double Deck Screener

Used: Rotex 42 double deck screener with:

• - 2 wood screens (appx 40" x 84" with shaker balls for self cleaning)
• - 2hp 230/460V main drive motor
• - Top cover with clamps and 6 product inlets
• - Rotex 42 gearbox
• - Mild steel frame.

Unit is setup as a doulble deck unit allowing for separating including fine, medium and coarse. Separations can be adjusted by changing the mesh on the screens. This unit was last running at a plant that was processing rice products.

Unit has been powered up and dry cycle tested at our facility, and but is also guaranteed with a 15 day right of return if unit is found to be defective in any way. Screeners are commonly used to screen grains, feed pellets, wood pellets, fertilizers, food products, and various other products.
