Product conditioning is a critical part of the wood, feed, biomass, and aggregate pelleting process, and the design and type of equipment used to condition the product must be matched to the application to maximize efficiency.

The CPM Pellet Mill Conditioner is designed to work with the CPM 201, 202 and 7000 models, and includes the following features:

  • - 10 HP; 230/460V NEMA rated motor
  • - Stainless Steel agitator shaft
  • - Stainless Steel adjustable paddles
  • - Belt drive design for low maintenance
  • - Split belt guard cover for fast, easy removal
  • - Steam/moisture port
  • - Hinged clean-out door with Destaco type clamps
  • - Heavy duty bearings with protective cover
  • - Safety stickers with icons
